Hello
Neighbor,
Can you
believe this is the third Monday?
Last
month, we didn’t have a program and at the last minute Bryson Smith from East High
School , one of our Journey Scholarship
applicants, attended the meeting and talked with us a little about his senior
project. Bryson held a huge dinner at Sunshine School
to raise money to build an FFA barn on the campus at East High.
This month we
don’t have a program either. Can you think of someone who could come Monday?
Regardless, the GVCC Club will meet on Monday, March 18th, at 7:00 PM at
the Fellowship Hall of First Broad Church. We’re having our regular potluck
dinner, everyone bring a dish and (at least) a dollar, and join us for supper. First Broad
Church is directly across
from the community club, right up the hill.

paste the dialogue below and email pastor Cindy at revcindy.lunsford@gmail.com Not sure how to do that? Call Karen 245-9003

The Cherry Mountain Fire Department Auxiliary held an indoor Breakfast and Biscuit sale at the Fire Department. Proceeds of about $700.00 went to the fund. Auxiliary funds are used to purchase things firefighters need on the job that the county funds do not cover, like sandwiches, and drinks.
